Main Courses Clay Pot Drunken Chicken and Drunken Prawns These are very popular dishes in Malaysia but hard to find in the UK. We cook chicken or prawns in a delicious soup of sliced ginger and Chinese wine. This is a distinctive taste which you simply must try!
Rendang A traditional thick Malaysian curry dish with a strong coconut flavour. Coconut rice makes a perfect accompaniment to these delicious dishes.
Sambal Traditional Malaysian thick chilli sauce with prawn paste and shredded onions. The vegetarian version is served with fresh chilli sauce instead. Ideally served with boiled rice.
Rojak A peanut sauce with green and red peppers, onions and water chestnuts.
Mee Goreng Spicy hot noodles and king prawn and chicken
Rojak Noodle A traditional vegetarian noodle dish with mixed vegetables, peanut sauce and beancurd
Laksa Noodles Shredded chicken and roast pork with soft noodles in a traditional curry soup, garnished with egg and coriander.
